Robert Mintkenbaugh

Robert Frances Mintkenbaugh, born January 16, 1937, died peacefully at home April 26, 2024. Loving husband to his cherished bride, Rosemary, for 67 years. Amazing Dad and Pop to Terri (Brent), Tana, Brandon, Joshua (Christa), Mark (Ashley), Abigail (Malcolm). The great grandbabies were his heart and made his eyes sparkle – Paisley Marie, Luke Israel, Teagan Renee, and soon to be born Hudson James. He also leaves behind 1 sister, Carol, 2 brothers, Gene and Fred, many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Cecelia, brother Jack, infant brother Timothy, infant sister Mary Jo, and great grandbaby Joy Noelle.

His family knew him as Fran or Uncle Fran. His friends and church family knew him as Bob. By whichever name you knew him, you quickly learned he never met a stranger, had a corny joke, and was always helping someone. Bob was often the hero of the day.

Bob – or Fran – Dad – or Pop — loved God and loved his family. He will always be deeply loved, highly honored, and greatly missed.

Visitation will be from 11 AM until the time of service at 12 Noon on Monday, May 6th at Tree of Life Church, 6477 Cooper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242 with Pastor Joel Urshan officiating. A graveside service will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Evendale. Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Online condolences may be shared at www.MRFH.com

The Great Shepherd of The Sheep

Senior Pastor Joel Urshan – Sunday at 11:00 AM in our Montgomery Campus Worship Center at 6477 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242

Acts 20:22-32

22 And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: 23 Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. 24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. 25 And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more. 26 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. 27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. 29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. 31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears. 32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

Hebrews 13:20-21

20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

The Place Where God Provides

Executive Pastor Joe Sizemore – Sunday at 11:00 AM in our Montgomery Campus Worship Center at 6477 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242

Genesis 22:3-4, 9-10, 13-14

And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him. Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.

And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood. 10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.

13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. 14 And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: …
